RN Superjet Bendix question?

My e box did have water in it when I pulled it apart I let it drain out and dry up. I guess it's possible that maybe a wire got pinched or maybe something came apart when I did that. Im thinking maybe that's where my problem is, Since the starter would spin before I took everything apart.

Does the clicking sound come from the electrical box??

Yes the clicking does sound like it is coming from the E box.
