Are you 100% sure they are correct - there was some nuanced differences in several years. If you got a set from 87-93, or 2000-2006, I think those are problematic for a 97. There may be other years (newer) that have trouble but these are what I recall. Report back and if they are newer I’ll investigate more.

I have a wetjet pipe, designed by west coast, i believe if you cut and weld the outlet 180 out it should fit. Fairly popular budget pipe.
