rn pole removal ?????

So im just now starting to do my winter mods to the Superjet. I am replacing the stock pole with a Rick Roy (among other things). But now to the point. When taking off the stock pole, to get the start/stop switch cable out of the pole, is there any trick to get the cable out without having to unplug the other end in the x-box??????????
or does anyone make a new start/stop switch system the opens so i can just break the stock one off?????
(my theory is that if i can get the handle bar end to go through the pole then i can just pull off the stock pole then put RRP on and run the cables up to the bars on the new pole and be done)

cables unplug at e box , unhook throttle cable, steering cable...

take pole off, take bars off with electric and pull cable thru...
