riva single manifold ?

im installing a riva single intake mani on a set of 62T cases and i was wondering should i use the reed plate that is installed with the oem set up.............what does that thing do anyhow?

heres a (poor quallity) pic of the part, it's part # 7 , #6 and #8 are gaskets

no. you use just the gaskets and the 2 pc riva setup.
