Blaster Riva red pipe question

I am wondering if its possible to put the motor into a blaster with the Riva red pipe already mounted on the motor? I figure with the carb & intake off the motor it should help to wiggle it in. Any input greatly appreciated.

Yea it's kinda the only way to do it due to not being able to get to the joint bolts once installed.

Yeah it has to go on with the motor out or you can't get the pipe on it. It is tight fit but it does squeeze In there.

Yea goes in/out no probs. With only carbs off.
Drop it in further forward ie closer to where the water box sits, once intake is in. boom! Position as necessary.

For the record-- you can install the pipe while the motor is bolted in =) it is a TON of fun!

but yes, suggestion is to 100% tighten everything, and THEN drop it in the hull, you will save yourself a LOT of frustrations.

Ok got it. Now another question am runing single pump cooling and dual head fittings so the two fittings on the back of the pipe do I T them off and run it to the rear fitting of the head or how do I run them? I know the front cooling line from the head goes out to the pisser and the one from the stinger also goes out to a pisser right?

Head bypass to read of pipe, top o pipe to stinger with inline T to overboard. I run the front bypass from head to the pipe as the rear runs a little warmer.
