riser bars

hi guys, just finishing my surf boat build and about to buy some riser bars and clamps but not sure what height rise bars to get, think they do a 50mm or 75mm, what do you guys run or think i should run ?

50 is perfect for me. I tried both and sent the 75 back

Another question on this topic what do riser bars give you? I ride flat water mainly would it help me out at all?

They help my back, i ride surf mainly..

riser bars give the pole lower to the hood which helps maneuvers and tricks. i like mine a lot and will never go back to normal bars
