Here in Melbourne we did it with a 550 after Hurricane Erin back in 1995. Neighbors frowned.

neighbors frowned huh,lol My one neighbor that pisses me off regularly,had water in his garage,SO I made some nice stiff turns right in his front yard,put some nice waves right into his garage,lol. Thats awesome...i was watching some year after Katrina thing on discovery channel, there was a guy on a standup riding in the streets after Katrina, a news chopper was taking the video, following the guy around, it was pretty cool. His looked a little deeper though...

Yes this was minimum water in spots,but close to the curbs was deeper and better for startng and stoping,almost went over to downtown where it was real deep,I know I couldve made the news,I knew the corner they were filming from,retards in little cars kept trying to drive through it,would of been funny to use all there stuck cars as bouys and carve all around them,I was just having to much fun right out front of my house,lol

That was cool. There was a big flood down the street from me a few months back. There were all kinds of people stopp scared to drive through the water. Well I had my X2 in the back of my truck thinking of doing what you did. I never unloaded it though since I was in a hurry to go somewhere. Then the next day my truck was running like crap at WOT. Apparently I sucked a little water up and soaked the air filter. lol

i remember back in 94 or so when we had some crazy floods...some guys were on the news shredding 550s at this park..the water was raging though..it looked fun
