ride plate ?

will a octane ride plate fit an SJ, heard the bolt pattern was the same, im just not sure.

I checked the Worx site and they have a separate part number for the Octane. I would think that they would use the same mold for both if they could. If the one that you are looking at is carbon, perhaps you can modify it to fit.

Prem1x used an old JetDynamics rideplate on his Octane, but there was some grinding to make it fit. Not sure where, so I assume more than 85% of the plate is the same. Maybe some slightly different perimeter angles, or just a bit in size difference. Could have been bolt alignment.

Bolt pattern is different and the Octane plate is thinner at the edges so you would have to shim it down. Possibly a little grinding along the sides too.

I would say it is because not enough people bought Octanes, so the info out there is not much, I would say there are more active members over here with Octanes than at PWCToday.com
