so anybody pulling backies on XFS type hulls with smaller engine and no trim?

Yeah trim helps massively, make sure its a good trim as well like the Thrust EZ Trim as cheaper ones can get pushed back down by the force of the water without you noticing. And I'm from East Midlands/South Yorkshire area.
