Anyone see the photo on page 72 of the new SURF magazine photo edition? I think its Taylor Curtis with a dead ski right on the face of a wave, about to get sucked over, with a surfer going past on the same wave.

"I've been burning surfers for the last fifteen years out here, barked Rip Tonsil, a professional extreme trick jet skier. "It use to be I could burn guys all day on one tank of gas and get my money's worth. But with gas prices today, I'll be lucky if I can burn two or three guys for under 30 bucks!" Corey Lopez, standing shocked and confused on the inside of Rip, who had run out of gas midway through a dolphin-style take off felt bad for him. "Gas prices these days are bad" he said. "It use to be a guy like Rip could tear around the break in circles burning everybody all day--now look at him, dead in the water and getting sucked over." This is a sad day for extreme jet skiers everywhere.
