Rickter Edge 2015 vs 2016+

Looking for a second..or maybe 4th opinion. I haven't been able to find any discussion on this exact topic.

Who's owned or spent fair amount of tray time on both hulls? Is the +16 hull 100% better in every riding aspect? Does the 2015 hull do anything better?

Looking for reviews more on the calm lakes/river riding. I'm inland, no surf within even 1000miles of me.

The 16 has deeper chines and larger removable rear sponsons. I have the 16 rear sponsons on my 15 and it's good. I couldn't tell you if I really noticed a difference when I rode the 16+ model.

Thanks for the input! I went with a newer since that's what I rode and loved so only made sense to buy that!
