Rhass products

Unfortunately, I'm in a similar boat. Ordered parts, received the wrong parts. Unanswered emails, phone calls, and a full voicemailbox......
Robin will get back. I had an issue and he fixed it. I did a full engine and pump yamasaki conversion, the good news is putting Rhaas kits on isn't that difficult or time consuming, so if you end up getting it later on you'll have no problem getting it ready for next season.

My advice after making one if you want something to work on
1. Go over the hull completely, epoxy anything that looks suspicious
2. Reinforce areas that are problems, like the front of the hull
3. Check the through hull fitting for the steering cable
4. clean and prepare surfaces things will mount to
5. get the parts you'll need besides the kit (x2 drive shaft, 750 pump, etc)

I spent a lot more time prepping than actually putting mine together. And I know it's a little concerning he doesn't respond, but if you have a legitimate issue with a kit he will respond quickly. This time of the year is really bad for him. But he doesn't ghost.

That really depends on exactly what's in play , he pretty much ghosted me for about three years on a trade out deal that went horribly wrong, I finally got some parts out of the deal but by then I was so POed about the whole deal that I sold pretty much all of it and went in a different direction.

I haven't heard of anyone else ever having that kind of issue and truefully I hope I never do.
