Seriously though, if you've had a bad experience let it be known in a respectful manner. If you fly off the handle with name calling or threats, I doubt you'll get the sympathy or responses that you were looking for.

Than again I'm not your father, so do what you want.

Just keep it on track, there is 1000 posts about WDK customer service. Its getting old and boring man...

It sucks to open the forums everyday and hearing someone else bitch about parts not being delivered. We all understand people's frustration but I would spend more time calling Jeff than writing on the forums. You won't get an answer here that will fix your problem, so why bother continuing the rant.

I have no problem with a bad deal from wdk, you have to try to buy from him to have a problem, but everytme there's a post about wdk someone should say something about the way he is. This way a newbie wont spend his money at his shop!

wdk is the one that did this, not me. If he took care of people the right way then these post would not turn out like this.

That kind of attitude right there seals the deal on why I will not buy any waterdawg parts at all and will take my business elsewhere. No customer appreciation or support for a rider who has been looking to finish his ski and can't because the builder breaks his raffle promise.

how bad is it when you fraud a charity. that is what is happening. i am willing to bet that a lawyer would eat wdk up. with this thread alone chris has straight out said we lied to get people to buy raffle tickets. if a lawyer takes this then wdk would have to provide all the parts promised, lawyer fees, and down time aka pain and suffering. the parts not provided and apparently not going to be provided are not worth what it would cost if he did get an attorney.

MAKE GOOD ON THIS CHRIS, YOU ARE ONLY HURTING WDK WORSE. IT USE TO ONLY BE JEFF SCREWING CUSTOMERS NOW HE HAS HELP. HE DON'T NEED HELP SCREWING CUSTOMERS HE DOES GOOD ENOUGH ON HIS OWN.
