the hardener is MEKP and if acetone is a 4 this :):):):) is a 10! wear latex gloves!! and if you have a dry suit you can use it for sanding.. especialy carbon...

oh and MEKP will cause cancer and if you get a drop of it in your eyes your done.

I know that MEK is considered a cancer causing agent. However, at the same time, I know guys that work in aviation that used to wash their hands and arms along with their tools everyday with MEK years ago. These guys did that stuff for years and all the ones I've talked to don't have cancer. So can't be that bad...probably better for you than carb or brake cleaner.

MEKP (Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide) Organic peroxide used for the catalyst used in polyester/styrene based resins. Not known to cause cancer, but WILL blind you if you get it in your eyes, and is really bad for skin contact.
