SXR Replacement wiseco pistons

I ordered some 82.96 bore wiseco pistons for my SXR im rebuilding.

The wiseco part number is 810M08296.
Atlantic Jetsports sent me 750sxi pistons - 810M08296. Has special boost hole and reed clearance.

Will these pistons work in my SXR or no?

Yes, it will work, listed for SXI and SXR. It is also electrocoated

What does the boost port do?

Also, what is the recommended cylinder bore for the 82.96mm pistons? I cant seem to find it.

bring the piston to a machine shop and have them measure it.
they will need to bore to the specific piston, not the number on the piston box
wisecos need a little more clearance too, so use a reputable machine shop
that knows what they are doing

The box should have the clearance printed on the front. That with the measurement of the piston at the skirt gives the cylinder bore.
