Ok, I feel like a jackass. I tried searching thinking this would be talked about and can't find a thing. I'm trying to remove my handlepole so I can replace the bracket [cracked a corner off] and can't for the life of me figure out how to take it apart. Does it have something to do with the 4 small bolts and 1 large nut up top??? I feel so lame.....

Easiest to remove the pole from the bracket first. You will need to undo your throttle, and steer cable up top. Unplug your start/stop switch wires, and undo them from any wire ties etc, so they can be pulled up through the pole bracket. Remove the two lock nuts on the pole bolt, remove the long pole bolt. Now pull the pole up, your cables will stay in place, and just slide out. Your start switch wires will come with the pole. Now remove / replace your bracket, and reassemble. Be sure to seal bracket with silicone.
