removing/editing poll

Is there a way to edit or remove your poll after it has been posted?

I know we can as admins, but don't think regular users can and there is no option to allow it in the admin control panel.

I closed it, you can't delete a poll from a thread.

In the future, the best way to get something done like this is to use the Report Post button so all admins/mods see it and not just a pm to me.

I didn't know I could report the post to get the poll closed i thought reporting was for: "This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts."
