i am talking about filling in the water jackets in the case.
I would thing using a aluminum type epoxy would work better for any area that may receive porting work or trenching

those are not water jackets...... but it is common practice to fill those areas with epoxy when the cases are ported

I didnt think so, but I did not know what else to call it besides an empty void lol.
I have seen it filled with epoxy which is why asked if this could be used instead, Hard Blok cheaper then epoxy and I would assume would give you the same benefit?

wouldn't need to hand form, just poor into the case to harden, just use much much smaller quantities then you would in automotive appilcations

those voids dont even need to be filled. its the other side that gets filled cause when you tunnel port the intake tract, you burn thru into those. those do get filled when you do a massive big bore, but for 701/760 , not necessary/waste of epoxy/jb weld

The areas you reference in the upper left pictures I have never seen filled. Upper right and lower left are filled when doing moderate to aggressive case porting. Lower right is only done when trenching for a stroker, 5mm+
