reduction nozzle on superjet...get rid of stock bilge fitting?

If you aren't using it, every little bit counts but if you like the stock siphon, I doubt it would hurt you enough to notice.

Why would you not notice? Its amazing people will spend hours blueprinting a pump but that bigass tube in the middle of the stream isn't even noticeable? Just asking here.

My 61x didn't have a tube inside the nozzle, just a hole. I assumed the hole was all the OP was talking about since he didn't mention anything about having to cut it out. My 62t nozzle had that big honkin' tube in it though and I most certainly whacked that thing off. Just haven't tried the 62t nozzle yet.

I pulled the little nipple/barb from my stock syphon bilge, tapped the hole the barb came out of, and then filled with JB Weld and sanded the inside flush, you cant even tell its there by touch. I figure if I ever need it I can remove the plug, punch out the JB Weld and thread a 45* barb in there.
