I'm getting closer to heading to Daytona for about 3 weeks. And I keep going back and forth on how I want to transport my stuff. I'm taking my dirt bike and my ski, as well as all related gear, clothes for the business side of this trip, and tools. Thats alot of crap.

Option #1- I built a nifty loading ramp for the ski to put in my truck and it and the bike fit fine, I could put everything else in, but it'll be packed andI have to carry a ski stand for when I'm not going to the beach, so I have some place to put it. so I actually have to take more gear that I would if I just trailered it. plus, the cab of my truck will be loaded down so there is less chance for me to pick up any hot hichthiker babes on the way down. :naughty:

Option #2- I have a pretty nice Aluminum trailer that will haul my ski and beach cart with ease, however, It has little tiny tires on it and no spare. Plus dragging a trailer will effect my fuel milage slightly. the upside is taking the trailer will free up alot of bed/cab space.

what would you guys do? truck it or trailer it?

Trailer all the way.
Make your trip as comfortable as possible and look out for damsels in distress.

If you want to go out in the evening you can unhook the toys and avoid the "Clampetts" ride into town.
