Really dumb question

my good motor for my ski is still being built up but I am trying to throw something together to ride now with. I took parts from all over my garage and somehow made a complete engine out of it. Its got 61X cases, 62T cylinders, 701 bore, westcoast head.
Here is the really dumb questions. The only carb I had was a 44 BN carb off a 550. Anyone have any clue what drill bit size to drill out the main jet with to get me close. I just want this thing to run its not going to be a tuned in ski or nothing.

U don't have a 130 main u can put in there to get started? 130-135 Mikuni main jets are really common w/it comes to Yamaha stuff.

No main jets in that round body carb just fixed jets,honestly I woul put it at three turns out on the high speed and try it out 550's are gas hogs you will probably find the jet size is pretty close.
