Wasn't this process invented by Alsa Corp?
They offer Mirrachrome. In order to get this chrome look you use a black base coat, low solvent clear, mirrachrome, poly-urethane clear (optional candy tints).

copper would be sweet. will it corrode like normal copper? that would be a sweet looking ski if it did.
