re jetting and sxr mods

hey guys this winter ive did some things to my sxr and know it needs to be rejetted but what exactly do you all recommend, I have filers new impellor wet pipe power spray water box v force reeds ride plate and intake, lightend charging flywheel and boring my nozzle to 80mm, and also friend is trying to talk me into pump cone.

so how should I rejet and what all do you guys recommend everything sound good or to much to little.. all info is very great thanks!
 
ok thanks what do you think about my fuel mixture still keep it at 50:1 that's what I have always ran in it. also I have had people tell me about doing with the fuel air mixture? something like that not to sure
 
If you haven't removed the choke plates, (the butterfly valves) you should be ok with the stock n/s. 80 low jets and 155 high jets is good as mentioned. Set the high and low screws at 1 turn out each to start. If it hesitates off bottom turn the lows out 1/4 turn at a time and test again.
 
I don't use stock n/s either, but trying to make it easier on him. If he decides to pull the chokes and run a primer, yes add more fuel with 2.0 s

Main jet: 152.5 front, 152.5 rear
Pilot Jet: 80
High-speed screw: 1/2 turn out from closed
Low speeds screw: 1.0 turn out from closed
Needle: Stock
Spring: Stock
Note: Stock compression & timing +6 degrees

Remove the rubber trumpets from each end of the air box or use aftermarket flame arrestors.
