Has anyone else ever had a problems with rad dudes costumer service ?

overall good guys... but communication is lacky sometimes

Did you try contacting them through different communication channels? I.E. Phone, email, PM?

Yea that's what I have herd I'm getting pissed because I had them time sert a manifold for me the serts pulled I sent it back 3+ weeks ago I've sent emails I still haven't herd back saterday will be 1 month
