What's the first race you go to? I looked at the schedule for Region 6, and nothing comes up until July on APBA's site.

Round 6 July 12th - 13th Harbor Beach, Michigan

Round 9-10 August 16th - 17th St. Ignace, Michigan
At least try it once so sure. A lot of us cut down on costs by camping at the sites..which is usually a lot of fun and caravan / pick up people on the way to cut down on costs as well. The reason I say it is addicting is not just the racing and it's costs, but all the other things that make up the fun and memorable weekends. You'll see. For sure check out Harbor Beach Can Am Cup race. This is off the hook weekend. You get racers from all over the US here.

All of those are within 6 to 7 hours of me. I'm definitely down for a few races. Do you do any of the races listed on the APBA site? There's quite a few in OH and Michigan. June is a long way off, but that gives me time to get my a$$ in shape.

Let me know if you all ever go to Cave Run, Laurel, or Cumberland lake. We usually just race through the trees in some of the coves for fun.
