What is your budget and how long do you want this to last?

For best results, you should sand the existing finish down to the substrate with 80-180 grit paper. (Especially with RN hoods with OEM finish)
Then prime and sand that to 400-500.
After that, you got options:
1. Single stage paint - needs no clear
2. Sealer + base coat + clear
3. Base coat + clear.

I've had good experiences with PPG and DuPont. A friend has used Customshop paint with great results.
I recently used the House of Kolors paint system, but wouldn't necessarily recommend it because of high cost.

I'd use the PPG primer. I've used it before and it was good.
As for clear, whatever goes with the PPG base coat. Check out PPG's website. They ought to be able to tell you what to use.
For a 100% color match, you'd have to get it custom-mixed at a paint shop.

the custom shop paint seems like a good choice, pre reduced and activated, all you have to do is pour it through the filter into the cup and spray. It is also quite inexpensive.

For what its worth, I have had great results with ppg 2k primer and the omni single stage topcoat. The 3m disposable cup system is the only way I do it now, it even has a built in filter to make it real simple. mix, pour, shoot.
