Super Jet Quick Carb Question

If I am less than one turn in on my high screw should I downsize my jetting? Whats the stock carb spring for an SN 115 or 95?

I am running:
B pipe limited
ADA head 35cc
Epic ignition
stock F/a

I have stock 38's and stock f/a at 5280 altitude

135 main 1.5 turn out
75 pilot 6/8 turn out
95 gram spring
1.5 n/s

I am still running really rich.... what adjustments should I make?

i thought the rule of thumb was 1 on the bottom, but asper GroupK... http://www.groupk.com/tec-carbs97.htm

"If you find that your ideal mixture setting is less than 1/2 turn out from bottoming, you should probably consider going to a slightly leaner (smaller number) internal low speed jet. If you find that your ideal setting is beyond 2 turns out, you should consider a slightly richer (larger number) internal low speed jet."
