Question about ski; Florida Guys

Any of you Florida guys know anything about this ski or whos it is? Its for sale in Naples and was looking to get a little background on it so i could maybe take a look at it or something. The mods are:

64x cylinder on a 61x bottom end (ported and epoxied cases)
Compression on motor is 179 - 172 (Milled Head)
Riva Rideplate
Swirl Prop
FPP B-Pipe
Nose has been reinforced on the outside and inside of ski.
Has hand holds and aftermarket hood liner with more air to engine bay!
Custom painted Red and Yellow, on one side of the ski the paint has chipped off about 3 - 4 inches
Newish motor mounts
Dual Bildges w/ toggle switch.
Scupper but leaks little by little.
Aluminum Handle Pole w/ stock chin pad
Aftermarket throttle lever
Aftermarket bars / grips / pad (its faded)
MSD plug boots

It says a lot that he lists the motor mounts as "newish" and not new and he puts up a photo of the scraped side.

Sounds like an honest seller not really trying to hide anything from you.

yea seems pretty upfront about everything. I was gonna call him tomorrow and get a little more info. just curious if anybody had any info about the ski.

tommy is a good dude. ive never met him or dealt with him, but ive spoken with him, a few times, on the phone and online and have only seen good feedback on him.

Is that Tmetz's ski? If so Tommy is a cool guy.. I talk to him quite often and he isn't out to screw anyone. I believe this is the ski he was talking about to me on the phone...the way he talked it sounds pretty nice.

I talked to this guys a couple weeks ago about this ski. He said he bought it from some guy in Miami and hasn't done any of that engine work to the ski, so he couldn't tell me for sure if is was ported or not. He was pretty nice to talk to and seemed knowledgeable about skis in general. I ended up buying Pablo's ski for twice the price but this was one I wanted to check out.

Yep, he bought it just as it is, i believe for more than he is selling it. Hes a honest guy, not out to screw anybody. That ski is a deal.:woot:

Just FYI to anyone, this ski has been re-listed for $1000. I'd buy it for parts but the wife would kill me.
