I ordered a set of replacement decals (for the hood I lost last year) sometime in May 2014 from PWC Graphics. I have bought two graphic kits through Ebay through them. Usually 3-4 weeks later It would show up maybe a reminder maybe not. No problem, he's a good guy, does good work I get some replacement decals, cool.
It's now at the end of summer, hood decals still haven't shown up. The excuses I got first was "wife was in the hospital they'll be shipped out right away". Two weeks later, "computers down I'll call you back". A week later I call again "it's been shipped". Nothing shows up, now it's lost in the mail ask for tracking, "computers down". The rant can go longer, but still no graphics no tracking. It was only $80.00, but who wants to just throw four 20 dollar bills out the truck window.
In the end, this is honestly my very first negative feed back ever, but I know I have to do this to protect the community. I apologize for not giving more negatives. I just know things happen in life and I make mistakes too, people give effort then I'm usually cool with you. But when people just flat out lie to a client, it gets quite annoying.
I didn't buy it off this site ,but I just thought I'd mention it to the community. Also, I have recommended them in some earlier threads too. The one good thing is, for the most part , he has always picked up the phone, but still no response on emails or any call backs at anytime. Maybe if you use paypal it is safer in this day and age. If it ever shows up, I'll update the status to received. Not sure why the company went down hill, but in general, be careful with your money.
