PVC beach stands

What did you use pipe wise and for the axle? Thanks @Kny21
2" for the cart, 1.5" for the telescoping handle. T's where sch 80? (the $ stronger). Axle was just cleanout plugs with a hole drilled for an alum rod. Old power wheels jeep wheels.
They work good till they break,

I'd use the black PVC just slightly more expensive but stronger
Yep. I was conscious of that fact and babied it.

I'm no plumber but have been told the conduit pvc is the strongest and regular fittings work with exception to the one flanged end.

ive found for stand ups 1.5" fails lol, 2" is minimal. 3 inch i have beat the piss out of and never had an issue. for my cart i want to try and find 2" schedule 80 instead of the stadard sch 40. but either way awesome cart man.

People always come up to me saying that these are such a great idea(they think I thought of it ha)

So I give them away all the time n just make another for myself.

Here is basically the same beach stand works great, I think it cost like $30 including the glue and primer which I have plenty left to make a beach cart. Here is a link to the page I copied mine off of. http://www.stickerpimp.com/graphics/pwc/beachstand/
