I'm having trouble deciding which ski to put my new rrp pole and footholds into when they come in.
If I put the rrp pole on the fx-1, I could put the 2in shorter fx-1 pole on the superjet.
The superjet is so much more stable and would be better for bigger airs, waves (better hook), choppy water etc.
The fx-1 just pops out of the water though. I want to learn nose stabs and maybe later barrel rolls. The holds would be excellent in the fx-1 since it's already easy to get it above the water.
Will footholds help a lot for the heavier superjet? I tried a superjet sn today with footholds and it still seemed tough to just pull the rear of the ski above the water. It mainly hurt my feet.
Suggestions?
