Pump harder to turn after new bearings

Yes, Pretty straight forward. This is my first time rebuilding a pump, so I am following the shop manual (Clymer: Kawasaki 300/440/550/650 all models)

If anyone wants I can skan the section on pump rebuilding as a PDF and post. It is pretty well written

Ok i took the prop off again to inspect and try to figure out whats going on. I didnt realize that that colla that pushes into the seals spins. The impeller squeezes into it and i think it spins aginas the seals. So they probably need to wear in a little.

Without the collar in, it spins much easier.
