Is there some way that I could pull the intermediate housing apart an pull some of through the hull.....I have never pulled one apart so I dont know if it is possible....just a thought..

Well....I gave up. I guess I will ride it till it blows.......I dont know what else to do....I dont think I want to cut it out just yet. Is there anything else that could go bad if I just run till it breaks?

just my two cents.....but I tried to remove a pump first and it was a pain in the arse...........next time (on a different ski, same model) I tried removing the intermediate first.....worked so much better....

I re read the original post........try knocking the intermediate in both directions then pry at different areas (but not where the bolt holes are)

once you can twist the intermediate housing without a lot of effort you should be able to pull or pry away

This is what I tried to do first
I have also tried this.....
It will twist....both the housing and the pump.....they just will not pull apart:banghead:
