pump bearings lubrication

opened up this skat155magnum and found out that there was no grease but there was something liquid like grease mixed with gasoline? then i opened second pump (both from same previous owner) and same there.

what do you think of it?

it might be ATF fluid? thats what i run in mine

Maybe it's that seadoo pump oil

I use lower unit gear lube in my pump.

Skat pumps can be set up for either sealed bearings, or open, and then fill the cavity with gear oil or similar.

Knowing now you have an oil system, you need to maintain / change the oil periodically.

Oil has much less resistance, BUT typically will leak water in, and like stated above, needs to be changed regularly.

IMO grease is more reliable.
