Why are you removing the engine?? Riding season is not over yet, we are going Sunday. BTW I thought you were going to do that next year..

You don't have to pull the engine to put in bilges, you will probably just increase your chances of something else breaking. That being a 90 model I would wait until you are ready to put in a 701 before pulling it unless it breaks. Don't go by the SBT instructions to just pull the motor temporarily, those instructions are for getting an engine ready to ship to them for rebuild.. Get with one of us and we can show you how to do it a lot easier than that. Just clean as good as you can with simple green or purple power with a brush and sponges. Bilges are easy, the hardest thing is wiring everything up so they will last.

Mark all the engine shims with a sharpie so you know where they go. Lay the ebox on the motor when you pull her out.

in other words, take lots of digital pictures and put hardware into labeled bags!

I just get a 5 gallon bucket and label it "Stuff that needs to end up back in the ski". Any parts or bolts left over, I just drop in the bottom and let them bounce arround. Sounds cool, and the parts are back in the ski as labeled, so everything will be just fine.

You know you are good when you have parts left over and it still works!!!!

My motto is " If I can't fix it I will finish breaking it, hand me a bigger hammer" :jester:

Get one of these switches, I have had one like this for 7 or 8 years, it is the best switch on the market. Cheap switches will not last and will eventually cause a false ON and drain your battery..
