Yea the limited is longer than the mod

Yeah the limited is 1.5" longer... So that gives it more bottom end than the mod chamber? I'm almost positive that I won't be able to tell the difference between the 2, I'm just trying to figure out the difference.

Another question.. How would I go about shortening my ac aluminum pole? It would have to be cut in the middle because that's the only straight part right? I'm not the greatest welder, and aluminum is tricky!:/

dont try it on your own... find some one that REALLY knows how to do it there are different blends of aluminium and when you weld aluminium you first have to preheat it to about 500celcius or so then weld and after weld it should cooldown very slowly id say only 30celsius per 1 our.. im not sure about the time and temperature but if it cools down too fast it will crack and it wont hold when you ride it... take the pole to he or she who welds it and they know where its best to cut

ive welded aluminum before, nothing wrong with the strength, it just wasnt pretty haha!! anyways im just going to get a round nose pole and shorten that, i like the way the rn pole looks on the square compared to my ac.. and i can shorten it as much as i want.

Yeah I can't wait to get her back!! He said he should have it done this week..

And everything is always for sale! We've built three of these exact cars in the past 2 years... This one was for sale a while ago for 67k but decide to race it instead.. The ecotec is a great option to cut the costs of racing.. Check RDC classifieds, always good deals

So I've got a Blowsion scupper.. i dont know why more people dont have scuppers like them..? Their design is that the actual scupper sits about 3 inches into the hull... instead of hanging off the back like everyone elses... which would in theory, create back pressure so it wont leak. ive had no problems with leaks at all! but that stupid square plastic piece that bolts on the the back is UGLY!! so i cut it off flush with the hull and im making a another scupper.. is it a bad idea to run 2 in series? i just want something appealing to look at instead of a dark hole... anyways im using some sort of gasket/clamp for a trash truck, a washer, and a bicycle inner tube ... haha pictures to follow;) P.S. im super bored without my motor:/

By the way that ride plate is a mold of the jet dynamics plate I have the exact one and it's great for carving. But if you freestyle I would suggest to cut it down some.

Lol I know that ski. Its good, never been flipped or rolled. It was a great beer hauler at the river.

Care to elaborate?! :)

wow, i need your guys' HELP!!!! I've already overshot my budget on this motor... Art finished the carb, porting, and my pump... so he pulled the cases apart and apparently there was water in it.. hes a stand up guy so i trust him 100%.. hes saying that i should get a new crank(400 from him) and i dont want to drop that kind of money.. he already got me new reeds cause mine were broken, new pistons cause mine werent in good shape, honing the cylinders...etc. im going down there tomorrow to look at it.. what are my options? he says its like a 50/50 with the crank/bearings. this is really frustrating, all i wanted to do was port the damn thing, and now its one thing after another.. college student working full time just to get by, and this is just making life difficult spending all this money:/

I know the feeling man.

Art knows his poop. This sport deff aint cheap thats for sure. But just know, if you get everything done by Art, your going to be rocking and rolling for a LONG TIME WITH LITTLE TO NO PROBLEMS.

He maybe a little on the higher side, but he does it right the first time. Look at is as an investment into the future.

Its less risky than taking a girl out on a date. At least at the end of the day your gonna get some ;)

Yeah I went to check it out, and he started spinning the bearings and was like well actually these all fell pretty good, there was one he was concerned about soo told him to replace it and that's it.. So no crank for me.. Hopefully he will be finished with it soon.. He has a ton of motors to get done... And he had a triple set of carbs to do that we're Ryan villipoto's... I guess he has a 1200 sxr... I'm going back today to return my bed plate and I'll get an update
