Protec Mach 1 Jetting

I recently purchased basically a stock `04 SJ. Currently has Protec Mach 1 pipe with water injection and milled head (170lbs). I am about to rebuild the carbs an I want to make sure they are jetted right. The ski runs really good but I feel it is lacking bottom end. I have searched Protec's site and I can't find installation/owners manual at all.
Anyone have any recommendations?

Best place to by rebuild kits?

Next recommended engine mod (cheap/reliable)?
