Oh yeah, they'll sell you the 'right' ones and tried to everytime I called just looking for the size. They are $7 a pair with a $35 order minimum and will likely take weeks to show up. I got 10 of them from mcmaster for $9 and they were on my doorstep in 2 days. Put that in your pipe and smoke it Protec! lol

I'm going to install a head I bought a couple of years ago.Do you have the stock number from mcmaster?I ran into the same hassle w/pro-tec as you did.Thanks.

It turns out there are at least two different versions of this head, both using different orings. The one I've got uses the smaller -043 orings (mcmaster pn 5267T57). The other version of it uses the larger -153 orings (mcmaster pn 9464K114). There are some good pics in this thread to help you tell which one you have:

Just measure the groove and O-ring diameter with a calipers and pick the correct ring from McMaster Carr you have the head off...........
