protec exhaust water routing

I am trying to put this 760 motor back into the hull. When I pulled this motor out the water lines were all over the place. One of the waterlines coming out of the headpipe is blocked off should I open this line up and run it to a pisser? which line should I run to the stinger or should I not run to the stinger because this ski has a waterbox that has a water injection point on that.

Ok I think I figured out what the blocked off line was. Looks like it injects water into the head pipe and also has a main jet threaded into it to limit water. I have herd of this setup before but I belive it was a back in the day racing trick or something. Should I leave this line blocked off or should I run water to it. This is for a freestyle setup.
