pro's and cons of front and rear exhaust

Is the general consensus that Monkey Jumps are impossible without Dual Exhaust, or just harder?

the Kawi 650's with a westcoast pipe and waterbox is loud as hell regardless, my X2 made my ears ring.

I really honestly think i have hearing loss from my 650sx with an empty box a west coast pipe and other crap i started noticing it right after i sold it. and i agree with not starting it indoors it was just painfull.
