Promotions or deals on new Superjet?

I know Yamaha does promotions (https://www.yamahawaverunners.com/offers/) but do any of these ever apply to Superjets or just couches? And if not, do any dealers negotiate pricing on them or does everyone pretty much pay MSRP?
