project baster question

I pick up old skis and part out allot for extra income and parts I need but there mostly seadoos (yamaha seem to hold up longer:fing02 anyway I have this guy I am going to build a mini airboat for using a jetski engine and he had a collection needless to say I ended up bring some home.

one of those skis is a Blaster no trailer and the 701 engine is apart with scored cylinder but have all the stuff to fit even a ADA head who ever had it originally raced I say this because of the numbers and the handle bars. there is no title with it and the only titles I have are seadoo. few stress crack in the gel coat around the top of the pump outlet but not bad
I am thinking of keeping it and fixing this one up for my son but not sure. what do ya'll think it is wroth if I take the engine out an sell it?

ya the bottom end if fine on it , I probably just keep it he has that vxr but actual misses that wavejammer he had years ago because it was a more playfully hull

actual the title was supposed to be "Blaster project question" so what is false advertising about that :?: I think of anything you have to work on is a project, turn key to me is something you just get on start up and go in till you tear it up then it's a project :lol:

keep your eyes open for motors, (61x,match for the blaster) (62t or 64x with some work) will all work in there.

Deals are out there this time of year, i picked up 2 complete runing 64x with elecs shipped for 500 ea.

keeps your eyes open and be ready to buy.

keep this for him I'll just rebuild this engine probably with the ada head only major change I would do is find a dual intake if that 760 stock one I have will not fit this engine.
don't need a major project with this one for my son cause I am stilling trying to find the last parts for my project seadoo hx hull with old non-pv yamaha 1200


if you know someone with 1200 engine bolts let me know!!
