Pro-tec pipe question

Just got a pro-tec mach pipe for my 91 650. I got the install instructions from Pro-tec but I am still confused on the coolant lines. Here is what I gather: 16" line from stinger fitting to upper spigot on non-engine side of the head pipe, 10" line from engine head to engine side spigot on head pipe. What is left are the two barbed fittings on the bottom of the exhaust manifold. I am guessing that one gets the line coming from the back of the hull and the other gets the flush line? One of these barbed fittings is straight (closer to engine) an the other is an elbow (further down the manifold). Can anyone clear this up for me?

Call Pro-tec they will fax you a diagram that is exactly what you are looking for they are excellent for customer service and tech info.

It might just have two lines setup for dual cooling or it could be a spot for water injection that just needs to be caped off if your not running it. Do you got a pic?
