i did this to my blaster this winter along with a protec pipe and lightened stock flywheel... it rips real nice now.

used the same jetting i had in the carbs when they were on my SJ with a B Pipe.

just had to change the spring to 80 to lower the popoff because i went from a stock flame arrestor to mesh ones.

think I will do the same then...I have a B- Pipe MOD on my Blaster and its a ported 701 with ADA and MSd enhancer , do you have the extended Ocean pro nozzle.. ?? I put it on last week and was thrilled, made a huge difference

if you have all those mods already i bet the dually's will really wake it up.

im a big fan of dual carbs. i don't know why people say they are so hard to tune.
just as hard as a single, you just have to disassemble a bit more i guess.

EDIT: just noticed you have dual pulse lines on there. I'm sure you will do it but ill mention it anyway for other people who may not know. if you don't have dual fuel pumps you will need to cap one pulse line off.(the brass fitting coming out of the manifold)

you will also need an aftermarket carb coupler to make this manifold work.

Second Pulse line

I noticed your extra post and I wanted to install a second pump and use both pulse lines ( previous ski had only 1 pulse line hooked )

So far not a big deal, hence I had some extra SBN 44's lying arround so I removed the blocking plate and installed the second pump on the second carburator, but then i ran into another problem...

The Reed cage is only tapped for one pulse line, and technically it would not be a problem to just drill a second hole, but there is an opening that if not eliminated will cause some problems..

Any advise would be appreciated !

i would probably just drill the hole and tap it for the second pulse fitting.

i don't know if thats the right thing to do though. sorry i couldn't be of any more help.
