primer install ? on dual 44 w/internal fill

this may be a dumb question but this is all new to me since my fx-1 is single stock carb and external fill and my rn build has dual aftermarket 44's with internal fill

i will not be running a petcock , (mainly because i dont have a petcock and the hole was already glassed over) each carb will have a dedicated fuel line and primer line. where should i tee the primer line? and you just tee the return lines and run a single return line back to the tank right?

Tee the primer line right before the carbs.
Tee the return line right after the carbs.

Uh.....the return line doesn't suck gas. It "returns" gas to the tank.
Hence "return line".

hence why i was confused when i thought you said to tee the primer line off of the return line.

another question i have is that if you tee the primer from one of the fuel lines going into the carb, wont that carb have a harder time getting fuel than the other carb since the line would be restricted by the tee? or will it not affect it enough to be an issue?

My response:

Tee the primer line right before the carbs.
Tee the return line right after the carbs.

Sorry that was unclear.

Assuming your primer is in good shape, and you use a good tee fitting, it's not an issue at all.
You can also feed the primer from the return line.

Be careful putting the primer on your intake line,

as the fuel level in your tank drops, the vacume on the line tends to suck air from the primer and can lead to a lean condition,

I always place my primer pickup in the return line , if your fuel pumps are working there is fuel there for it to pick up and no chance of sucking air.

One primer is plenty for both carbs
