price question 91 - SN SJ - all stock

I might be picking up a 91 SN SJ this week for cheap, I mean to the point that I can't not buy it.

but I'm only going to have it for less than a year, then re sell it to put the money towards something else.

regardless if I'm buying or selling, how much should a bone stock 1991 SN SJ go for?

I have sold a couple stock superJet 650's for $1500 this year. some where mint and others had banged up bodies......still $1500 was the going rate around here! I even had people drive from far away to pick them up for that price!

I paid 1100 for mine but it had some extras on it and still had the 650. I have seen several go but the only way its worth 1500 to me is if it has a 701 already put in it. The 650 is worth what a good boat anchor is worth...about 200

It depends how long you are willing to hold out selling it. In some areas you may be able to pull $1500, in others $800-1000. I would probably say its safe to assume you can get around $1200 out of it runs good and has clean title.

Location and time of year has a lot to do with it.
I've bought them for $800-$1400.

i just bought a 93 for $500. and i didnt think i got that great a deal. it's an underpowered 15 year old ski. $500 seemed about right.

ive bought a couple, with poles, pipes, impellers, engine work, and such, for under $500 each......

just to give you a bottom number.
