Prayers for Joe Eckert

I got an email from Joe and it appears he was rushed to the hospital Saturday with chest pains and numbness in his arm. He has since withdrawn from competition. This is a tragic loss as Joe is a really good guy and a real talent in Freestyle. Please keep him in your prayers.

I talked to him a few days ago, he was feeling better but he still didn't know what was wrong :dunno: He was planning to see a cardiologist but I don't know when.

Hopefully he'll be back in line before we know it :cheer:

I just got this email from Joe:

I just wanted to inform everyone of my current status.
I went to the Cardiologist today and they performed
an “Echo Stress” test and the results were fine.
Although I still experience chest pain daily, they are
not certain of the problem. They are sure it is not
the heart! They have narrowed it down to cartilage or
a skeletal/muscle issue in the chest cavity. They
gave me some meds and told me to hold off on physical
activity particularly lifting for the next couple of
weeks until the chest pains go away. Thank you for
your concern and hopefully I’ll be out on the water in
the next few weeks!

Don't rush it and take it easy.........until you get the all clear then give it hell again :biggthumpup:

Wow, Just heard about this. Take care Joe.
I had a similar scare a few years back. What a wake up call, They never did determine what it was exactly, All I can say is it has changed the way I look at things.
I hope you have good results. I know you are a positive person.
