Used PowerFactor Pipe chamber only wet pipe

I got this from a buddy who's first language is not english... from what I can understand this chamber was altered (hence the W for WET) but runs and makes great power. I ended up finding a B pipe and will not need this chamber for my current build.

Was looking for $650 insured shipping within the lower 48

Pressure testing this tomorrow. Called PFac today and I was told 15psi test and it's a repaired dry pipe. If it doesn't hold then it's a converted wet pipe.
