Power Factor Water Box Problem

My Waterbox from my Powerfactor Pipe is extremely hot, I was just wondering if I can fix that problem by sending more water with the jetworks flow valve and do I open the valve by turning counter clock wise,

Yup counter clockwise. That sucker is wayyyy tight right now. Try like 1/4” of the inside piece showing.
