FX-1 Possible fuel issue with dual 44 blackjacks

Im running dual 44 blackjacks on my 771 61x/62t that were built for my setup, I ran two tanks through them last time I was out and the ski was dailed in and running perfect. Carbs both set to 5/8 high, 1 1/8 low.. I was messing around doing some nose stabs and suddenly like a light switch it started bogging like I was out of fuel.. I was close to shore so made my way in and saw I still had a half tank.. Took the ski back out and now its loading up bad on the low end but once it gets to a point and clears out up top its fine, problem is off idle to to full throttle, just feels muddy/loaded up..

Checked compression, all good.. spark/ignition is good.. ski starts and idles just fine, just loads up now for whatever reason.. I pulled the A/F and look down the carbs and run it for a sec, then shut it off and one of the carbs dribbles fuel out of the orifices right above the butterfly when its off for a few seconds, kinda in a pulsing pattern, a good amount at that.. the other carb does not..

I talked to art a while back before this issue and he mentioned something about the diaphragms could cause and issue, it feels like suddenly I have a pop off issue but its strange that it would just come out of no where so suddenly like that..

Anyone have any thoughts what I should look at/for?

GASKETS FOR CHAMP BRAP!
Sounds like a leaking needle/seat in that one carb. Take it apart and make sure its popping off at the correct pressure. Listen for leakage when pumping up.

You probably just need a new needle/seat in that carb. Also defintley inspect the daiphams and take the jets out and make sure no small piece of debris is blocking any orifce. Blow through all orifice's with carb cleaner then compressed air. Use wd-40 for popping off. Do a search if you not sure on pop off procedure. You need a pop off guage too. A VERY important tool to have around.

I had a non PV DASA 785 w/dual 44 Brapjacks and Art told me 22 PSi pop off if i remember correctly, but call him and ask to be for sure.

Thanks for the reply, took the carbs apart today and found a small peice of what looks like clear plastic in the pilot jet on the carb in question, everything else looks perfect, checked all the other jets, and pop off was spot on 27 psi with my gauge that I think is not very accurate to begin with but at least they were both poping at the exact same psi. Im pretty sure or at least hoping that the blockage in the jet was my issue, would make sense as it came so suddenly and everything else in the carbs looks up to par.
